After 25 years in the bicycle business, Rich launched a new real estate company, Nebraska Home Sales. Since then, he's rocketed to become one of Lincoln's top Realtors. Nebraska Home Sales joined Coldwell Banker in December 2019 to become Coldwell Banker-NHS Real Estate. While born in Fremont, Rich has lived in Lincoln for nearly all of his life. "I enjoy doing what I can to make Lincoln a better place, and over the years, I've been involved with the Great Plains Trails Network, the Mayor's Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee, Mad Dads, Lighthouse, the Lincoln Parks Foundation, and more recently, the Lincoln Bike Kitchen." Hound Dog Cycling Adventures offers off-the-beaten path international cycling adventures that allow you to experience the local culture, people and flavor of unique and beautiful places. The Rodenburgs offer self-guided routes on dedicated bicycle routes that allow riders to explore and ride on their own.
